Lillie hunting for eggs
Also since the last post we have completed the MS 150, which is a 150 + mile bike ride from Houston to Austin. The ride is done in two days ending the first day in La Grange. My Dad, Eric and I have ridden in it three times now. It is incredibly hard but it is so much fun and rewarding. I also really enjoy that it is time spent with my Dad and husband. I also took on another challenge this year and did my first triathlon! I didn't train as much as I should have but was proud that I finished! It was a 500 meter swim in a lake, a 15 mile bike ride and a 5 K run. The run was definitely the hardest for me, in fact I walked most of it. My goal is to do another one, but to really train! I am proud of myself for taking on the challenge! While I was riding my bike I was thinking that last year my Dad and I were sitting in one of the local restaurants during the triathlon and I was telling him I would love to do that one day. It wasn't even a year later and there I was. It was an exciting feeling!
Well since my last post my little girl has turned SIX years old! We had an Easter egg hunt for her birthday this year which was a lot of fun! We had the party at my parents house and my Dad built this incredible tree house for her for her birthday! We also rented a bounce house. She had a lot of fun and I can't believe she is six and almost done with her kindergarten year of school!
Getting ready to begin!
Swim Colleen Swim!

WOW, Colleen! I am IMPRESSED!!! I wouldn't even dream of challenging myself to a triathalon. I am extremely sore just from trying to plant a small garden yesterday. Maybe you'll be my motivation to go get off my heiny and exercise....then again, maybe I'll go get another fudge bar from the freezer. :)
And, Lillie - WOW! She looks so grown up in that picture. I have been waiting for the birthday post. I can't even believe that she and Sierra are almost done with Kindergarten. Sniff..sniff.
WE HAVE GOT TO GET TOGETHER ONE OF THESE YEARS!!!! The fishing is still good in Idaho....
